Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:
You may only cancel your order via telephone, or fax, up to the time the order is shipped.
You cannot cancel your order via email. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the unused item for an exchange. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from DirectRoot.
DirectRoot may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, DirectRoot will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
