Please Note: Refunds are not permitted to your credit card. Unless DirectRoot has sent incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.

Shipping Policy:
All shipping is provided via FEDEX/USPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.
We require a signature for all deliveries.
(You cannot Waive Signature Delivery)
We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.
At the present time, shipping charges only apply to to the United States (50 states)
Custom Shipping:
Custom Shipping pricing lets you define the cost for shipping each product or multiple products in a single order. To establish fixed-rate shipping, calculate shipping based on order weight or order total and configure the minimum and maximum values to cover a broad range outside the likely range for any purchase (e.g. 1.0 to 1000 lbs.). Any order outside this range will generate a $0 shipping charge. When defining the ranges, the minimum value is inclusive to the shipping charge and the maximum value is exclusive.
To establish weight-based shipping, calculate shipping based on order weight and define the charge to assess for each weight range. To establish price-based shipping, calculate shipping based on order total and define the charge to assess for each price range.

Shipping Method:

(FedEx/USPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)
Please note that it may be longer for FEDEX/USPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves DirectRoot.
FEDEX/USPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
FEDEX/USPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt FEDEX will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
Return and Exchange Policy:
DirectRoot prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange.*
All returns must be sent via FEDEX/USPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Directroot.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.
